Junior Product Analyst, Individual Insurance

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Junior Professional to work directly within the Individual Insurance operation. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the creation and improvement of products that make a difference in the lives of our clients and partners.

What We Are Looking For

Essential Prerequisites
  • Previous experience in Insurance Products, primarily focused on individual insurance with a strong emphasis on Life Insurance.
  • Analytical capacity for problem-solving and data-driven decision making.
  • Experience in analyzing the individual insurance market, defining business rules, and designing flowcharts for the implementation of new products and improvement of existing flows and processes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactivity and ability to thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment.
  • Residence in São Paulo for in-person work.
Differentiators
  • Experience as a product analyst with knowledge in constructing insurance products.
  • Prior contact with building general conditions and the SUSEP approval process.
  • Previous knowledge in using AI agents for process automation.

Challenges and Impact

  • Assist in building the product vision and strategy, aligning with market and customer needs.
  • Translate the Business Unit's strategic planning into concrete actions, aiding in roadmap definitions and business priorities, collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, data, sales).
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify innovation opportunities.
  • Manage the product lifecycle, from conception to launch and continuous iteration.
  • Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and adjust strategies to maximize results.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to internal policies.
  • Manage stakeholders and external partners, maintaining alignment and transparency regarding results and next steps.
