What We Are Looking For
Prerequisites
- Curious profile, capable of creating connections and ambitious;
- Intensity and organization for client contact;
- Basic knowledge of macroeconomics and current affairs;
- Undergraduate degree in progress (from the 4th semester onwards) or completed;
- If still in college, evening classes are required;
- Must live in the city or region, as this is a 100% in-person position.
Differentiators
- Knowledge of financial products (Fixed Income, Variable Income, Funds, and others);
- CPA-20 or CEA certification (If you don't have the certification, we provide the Rafael Toro Academy course for free to those approved).
Challenges and Impact
- Maintain client relationships and provide guidance in wealth management, ensuring everyone achieves their financial goals;
- Monitor market trends, staying informed and connecting clients to the entire XP ecosystem.
Note: The hiring is under CLT regime.
