Your Responsibilities

As the Sales Manager SaaS at XING, you will drive new customer acquisition for our ATS solution, the onlyfy application manager. Your role includes the entire sales process in new business development:

  • Identify and pursue potential clients in the DACH region.
  • Present the product virtually using interactive web presentations.
  • Manage offer preparation and ensure smooth handover to the Customer Success & Account Management team.
  • Document all activities accurately in our CRM system (Salesforce).

What You Bring

You have strong skills in cold calling and closing deals, with experience in B2B online sales of software solutions (SaaS). Experience in HR or recruitment is a plus. You enjoy phone communication and have a knack for winning new customers. Your proactive self-motivation, persuasive abilities, quick learning, and endurance are key to your success. Excellent German and English language skills are required.
