About the Position
The Team Marketing Manager - Orlando Storm is responsible for all local team and league marketing and branding efforts. This role focuses on building the fan base, driving ticket sales, and executing breakthrough awareness campaigns. Working closely with the Director, League & Field Marketing and collaborating with various teams, the manager will translate marketing strategies into tactical, year-round activations.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive revenue and brand awareness.
- Transform league strategies into seasonal tactical plans with creative asset development.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and digital teams for innovative advertising and grassroots campaigns.
- Lead local field marketing activations, community events, and fan engagement initiatives.
- Manage game day activations, staff coordination, and fan experience logistics.
- Oversee budget and deliver key performance metrics related to marketing efforts.
What You Will Bring
- 3-5+ years marketing management experience in sports, media, or entertainment.
- Expertise in digital marketing tools and consumer engagement techniques.
- Proven track record in executing strategic campaigns aligned with business goals.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and navigate complex market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Additional Details
This role is based in the Orlando, FL area. It offers a hybrid work arrangement with both remote and office settings. The candidate must be available for team home games and occasional events in other markets. Flexibility in work schedule, including weekends and holidays, is required. A moderate amount of travel (<10%) and the ability to lift 25+ pounds at times is expected.
Compensation & Benefits
The role includes an annual incentive plan, comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, life insurance), 401(k), unlimited PTO, and a discretionary bonus. Base salary is determined based on qualifications and experience.
