About the Role: Account Manager Customer Success Manager
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Account Manager Customer Success Manager to join our fast-growing scale-up. In this role, you will grow, be challenged and help shape the future of Xelix.
What You'll Be Doing
- Consult high-tier customers by building CSPs and presenting success metrics to C-Suite.
- Understand customers' business priorities, challenges, and roadmaps.
- Monitor customer health, proactively address churn risks and coordinate internally.
- Build relationships with executive sponsors, economic buyers, and decision-makers.
- Address technical and non-technical queries efficiently.
- Administer renewals, reduce churn, and promote upsell opportunities.
- Represent the voice of the customer to the Product team.
- Collaborate with commercial and technical teams for optimal product solutions.
- Work with AMs, founders, and commercial teams on strategic market trends and competitor analysis.
What You’ll Bring
- Relevant experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales or Project Management in a tech company.
- Experience managing complex customer relationships and at-risk accounts.
- Proven success in managing cross-sells, upsells, and renewals.
- Quick learning ability for new technologies and processes.
- Strong time management, attention to detail, and capability to juggle multiple work streams.
- Confident, high-energy personality with strong relationship-building skills.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- A hands-on approach and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

- Hiring Manager Interview (30–45 minute Teams meeting).
