About the Role
The Prompt Engineer role is the company’s first hands-on AI builder. In this role, you will design and build AI-powered solutions using Claude Code (Team & Enterprise) Agents and Vibe‑Coding. You will be responsible for driving AI adoption within business units, collaborating with teams to translate processes into actionable AI solutions, and defining application behavior for DevOps deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Business Units: Translate business requirements into AI solutions, run UAT cycles, and gather feedback.
- Internal AI App Factory: Use Claude Code and Vibe‑Coding to create internal applications and reusable templates.
- Architecture Alignment: Define application behavior, integration, and scalability in collaboration with DevOps.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Claude Code Team & Enterprise.
- Proficiency in Prompt Engineering and LLM logic design.
- Excellent business English.
- Able to analyze business processes into AI-driven solutions.
- Ability to work independently and with cross-disciplinary teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in DevOps is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript or Python.
- Experience with implementing GenAI tools.
Success Metrics
- Number of deployed AI Agents in active use.
- Adoption and growth of Claude usage.
- Time from idea to MVP delivery.
- Quality, accuracy, and stability of AI outputs.
