About the Role: Client Success Manager
The Client Success Manager role is offered with flexible work arrangements, allowing for remote or hybrid options across Europe or the UAE.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Own client relationships post-onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Drive product adoption and ongoing usage of XBO’s digital asset and financial services.
- Monitor client activity, volumes, and engagement to identify trends and opportunities.
- Act as the first point of contact for all operational and commercial matters, providing timely support.
- Proactively manage retention risks, implementing strategies to ensure client loyalty.
- Coordinate internally with various teams to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain accurate account notes and client health indicators for comprehensive oversight.
- Support upsell and expansion opportunities, contributing to business growth.
Required Experience and Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in client success, account management, or operations.
- Experience with B2B fintech, payments, or SaaS clients is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a focus on precision in client interactions.
- Comfortable working with data and KPIs to drive informed decisions.
- Fluent English is required for effective global communication.
