Role Overview
As a Senior Visual Designer at Xata, you will lead the evolution of our visual brand system, design marketing assets across multiple channels and create swag that resonates with developers. You will work closely with marketing and product teams to support product launches and technical announcements.
Responsibilities
- Lead the evolution of Xata's visual brand system including guidelines for illustrations, iconography, typography, and colour usage
- Design marketing assets such as website visuals, landing pages, blog illustrations, launch graphics, social media assets, and presentations
- Create swag and physical assets like t-shirts, stickers, and conference materials
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams on product launches and announcements
- Support the public website ensuring designs are production-ready with frontend and design engineers
- Communicate complex technical concepts visually for a developer-focused audience
