Overview
Xapo Bank is a fully distributed company with over 130 team members from 30+ countries. The Lifecycle Communications Manager is a strategic marketing role responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive communication strategy along the entire member journey. This role aims to transform member engagement into a cohesive, personalized experience, increase loyalty, reduce churn, and maximize lifetime value.
Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Design and map the end-to-end member lifecycle journey, develop multi-channel communication strategies (email, in-app, push, SMS), and establish testing roadmaps.
- Execution & Management: Build and manage automated, personalized campaigns, collaborate with content and design teams, and ensure seamless integration with product and data teams.
- Analysis & Reporting: Define KPIs, track metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, churn), analyze data, and report on lifecycle program performance.
Skills and Requirements
- 3-5+ years in lifecycle, retention, or email marketing.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms like Braze, Iterable, Hubspot, etc.
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation and personalization strategies.
- Analytical mindset and project management capabilities.
- Ability to create on-brand, compelling copy, supported by A/B testing experience.
