The Mission
At X-Team, we aren’t just using AI for the sake of it—we are looking for someone to spearhead our internal AI strategy. Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and People teams to identify high-ROI automation opportunities that transform back-office efficiency and optimize supply chain logic.
The Role
This role is a high-visibility mission to define how a global leader uses AI. Responsibilities include:
- Define the Roadmap: Identify and prioritize AI/ML opportunities including NLP, prediction, and optimization.
- Quantify Value: Build data-driven business cases proving the ROI of automation.
- Bridge the Gap: Translate complex AI capabilities into actionable technical requirements for Data Science and Engineering teams.
- Drive Adoption: Act as a Change Champion for non-technical stakeholders across Finance, HR, and Logistics.
Experience & Requirements
4-6 years of Product Management experience in Internal Tools, Enterprise Software, or B2B SaaS. A strong understanding of NLP and predictive modeling is essential to solve business bottlenecks. The role requires a proven track record of quantifying business impact and operational efficiency. Experience influencing and aligning diverse teams is crucial.
