About the Role
X-PHY is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager - Memory Product. The role focuses on driving sales and business development across the United States and Canada in the memory semiconductor industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead new customer acquisition and manage key accounts.
- Oversee distributor and agent relationships in the region.
- Execute product marketing and sales strategies for market expansion.
- Collect and analyze market intelligence and competitor trends.
- Prepare detailed reports and deliver regular sales updates.
- Participate in pre-sales activities including exhibitions and technical presentations.
- Support the development of sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Conduct competitive analysis to determine market pricing.
Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the memory semiconductor industry.
- Proven track record in customer development and distributor management.
- Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently across the region.
- Self-motivated, adaptable and capable of working under pressure.
