User Acquisition Manager Role at X-FLOW

X-FLOW is a mobile game development company established in 2018. Recognized for Happy Color, a highly successful digital coloring book and top ad-driven mobile app, the company works with leading ad networks including Google, Facebook, Unity, and Apple Search Ads.

Role Overview

As a User Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing user acquisition campaigns across various channels. You will own campaign strategies, use data-driven decisions, and work with creative and analytic teams to drive performance for one of the top products in its category.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple user acquisition channels (social, incentivized, video networks).
  • Create, analyze, and optimize UA campaigns.
  • Develop strategic vision and test hypotheses for campaign improvements.
  • Utilize internal and external reporting and analytics tools.
  • Track competitors' creatives and coordinate with designers, analysts, and product managers.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in mobile user acquisition, preferably in gamedev or entertainment.
  • Proficiency with major ad platforms such as Meta Ads, Google UAC, TikTok, and ASA.
  • Strong understanding of UA goals and KPIs like CPI, CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
  • Experience with A/B testing among creatives and audiences.
  • Analytical skills, ownership mindset, and effective stakeholder management.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
