Job Overview: Growth Data Scientist
As a Growth Data Scientist at X-FLOW, you will analyze and interpret data sets to drive efficiency in performance marketing. Your role will involve working closely with the UA team to uncover scaling opportunities through mathematical analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the UA team to adjust strategies using data insights.
- Build and maintain LTV forecasting models.
- Identify new user behavior signals for acquisition.
- Communicate complex data analysis to non-technical stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines for timely processing.
- Stay updated on latest Marketing Analytics technologies.
Requirements
- Strong skills in Python and SQL.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Background in machine learning (LTV forecasting, time series, etc.).
- Russian language proficiency at C1 or higher.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
