Crisis Management Specialist at Wynn Resorts

Wynn Las Vegas is in search of a brilliant Crisis Management Specialist (CMS). In close collaboration with the Assistant Director of Crisis Management, this role provides administrative, program, and analytical support to the Crisis Management and Response (CMR) division.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support crisis management in preparedness, prevention, disruption, response, mitigation, and recovery from any All-Hazards event.
  • Create and maintain logs with confidential information, generate reports, conduct statistical analysis, and present data in briefings and training sessions.
  • Gather, analyze, and evaluate information from various sources, including databases, information systems, security reports, the iView system, interviews, and open-source research.
  • Lead multiple projects, programs, training modules, and preparedness drills.

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of administrative support experience.
  • Exposure to Crisis Management & Response is highly desired.
  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking professional English.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to prioritize, pivot, troubleshoot, and recover in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain high levels of confidentiality.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Good judgment, efficient teamwork, and proactive communication with superiors.
  • Open-mindedness and willingness to learn new processes and analysis methods.
  • Capability to work effectively in stressful, high-pressure situations.
  • Positive, determined attitude and natural problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented and curious.
