About the Role
The Channel Development Manager - Telematics role is designed for a self-starter with strong business development experience. You will be responsible for launching and building the German market channel and partner ecosystem for a fast-growing European tech company that specializes in GPS tracking and telematics solutions.
What You Will Do
Partner Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Identify and recruit top-tier distributors, resellers, and service providers in Germany.
- Present a clear and compelling value proposition to potential partners.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process with the appropriate tools, training, and materials.
Enablement & Training:
- Deliver live or virtual training sessions on product features and sales best practices.
- Provide partners with up-to-date documentation and go-to-market support.
Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary contact for partners, ensuring strong and lasting relationships.
- Support partners through regular check-ins, joint planning, and commercial reviews.
Strategic Planning & Go-To-Market Execution:
- Develop and execute the German partner strategy aligned with company growth goals.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to launch campaigns and promotions.
Performance & Insights:
- Track sales metrics, partner engagement, and market trends.
- Use data to provide actionable insights and continuously improve partner performance.
Sales Support:
- Assist partners with sales presentations, demos, and technical expertise when needed.
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events across Germany and Europe.
