About the Role

The Channel Development Manager - Telematics role is designed for a self-starter with strong business development experience. You will be responsible for launching and building the German market channel and partner ecosystem for a fast-growing European tech company that specializes in GPS tracking and telematics solutions.

What You Will Do

Partner Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Identify and recruit top-tier distributors, resellers, and service providers in Germany.
  • Present a clear and compelling value proposition to potential partners.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process with the appropriate tools, training, and materials.

Enablement & Training:

  • Deliver live or virtual training sessions on product features and sales best practices.
  • Provide partners with up-to-date documentation and go-to-market support.

Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary contact for partners, ensuring strong and lasting relationships.
  • Support partners through regular check-ins, joint planning, and commercial reviews.

Strategic Planning & Go-To-Market Execution:

  • Develop and execute the German partner strategy aligned with company growth goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to launch campaigns and promotions.

Performance & Insights:

  • Track sales metrics, partner engagement, and market trends.
  • Use data to provide actionable insights and continuously improve partner performance.

Sales Support:

  • Assist partners with sales presentations, demos, and technical expertise when needed.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events across Germany and Europe.
