About the Role - Channel Development Manager Telematics

This role is not just another sales position. You will build and scale a channel partner network in the UK, driving growth with a proven tech platform and an experienced international team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Recruitment & Onboarding: Recruit distributors, resellers, and service providers across the UK and present a strong value proposition.
  • Enablement & Training: Deliver live or virtual product training sessions and provide partners with necessary documentation and support materials.
  • Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with partners through regular engagement and joint business planning.
  • Strategic Planning: Define and execute the UK partner/channel strategy in line with growth targets.
  • Performance & Insights: Track sales performance, partner activities, and market trends to provide data-driven insights.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years in channel/partner development, B2B sales, or business development.
  • Strong relationship building, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven self-starter with experience in remote and autonomous working environments.
  • Experience with CRM tools and virtual collaboration platforms.
  • Ability to explain complex tech solutions in simple terms.
  • Fluency in English.
