Overview

Wüstenrot Gruppe, a leading bank, building society and insurer in Austria, seeks an experienced M365 Data Protection Manager to drive security and compliance measures for Microsoft Purview and related platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Derive requirements for Microsoft Purview based on regulations and internal guidelines.
  • Classify data and implement encryption and protection measures.
  • Implement and monitor Data Loss Prevention (DLP) strategies.
  • Conduct regular audits and generate reports on data access and losses.
  • Analyze reports and initiate ad-hoc measures related to eDiscovery.
  • Support technical implementation and development within the Microsoft 365 Purview environment.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Microsoft Compliance Tools, particularly Microsoft Purview and Microsoft Defender.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft architecture including Entra, Azure, and Microsoft 365 Services.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
  • Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements such as DSGVO and ISO 27001.
  • Structured, analytical approach and ability to work independently.
  • Good German language skills.

Compensation
