As an International AI Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in transforming business challenges into scalable AI solutions, bringing them from initial concept to global rollout. Your Responsibilities – Shaping the Future Together

• Translate complex business challenges into scalable data and AI products, guiding them from ideation to implementation. Use cases span pricing intelligence, sales rep activity planning, and shop assortment optimization.
• Collaborate closely with business experts, data scientists, and engineers, applying agile methodologies to build high-quality solutions.
• Lead international pilots and rollouts, ensuring products generate measurable results such as top-line growth, stronger customer engagement and retention, and/or a higher share of wallet per customer.
• Work with external partners and third parties, including organizations like IPAI or UnternehmerTUM, to extend Würth’s AI capabilities and unlock new value.
• Contribute your expertise to a culture of curiosity, continuous learning, integrity, and mutual responsibility.

Your Profile – Growing Together

• Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Informatics, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, or related field).
• At least two to three years of professional experience as an AI product owner.
• Solid understanding of data preparation, modeling, analysis, and visualization techniques.
• Hands-on experience with big data technologies, SQL, Python, and visualization tools such as PowerBI.
• Foundational understanding of MLOps, DevOps, or software engineering principles is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to operate across multiple cross-functional teams and an array of stakeholders.
• Strong analytical thinking and high affinity for data.
• Proactive, curious mindset with a passion for innovation.
• Fluency in English. German language skills are a bonus.
