The Role of a Pension Administration Administrator at WTW
You will work closely with the operations manager to effectively manage various pension schemes. This comprehensive role involves scheme administration, dedicated customer servicing, precise accounting, thorough auditing, and the preparation of essential statistics and management reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and manage daily administrative and coordination duties, strictly adhering to service agreements with clients.
- Demonstrate natural ease and effectiveness in interactions with clients and colleagues across all levels.
- Ensure that all activities are processed in a timely and accurate manner, maintaining high standards of efficiency.
- Maintain complete and accurate documentation and comprehensive audit trails for all processes.
- Conduct in-depth research on clients’ queries and formulate appropriate recommendations based on findings.
- Participate actively in special projects as required, contributing to broader team initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
To excel as a Pension Administration Administrator, candidates should possess the following:
- A Bachelor’s degree is a fundamental requirement for this position.
- Prior HR experience, particularly in the Compensation & Benefits (C&B) field, is considered a significant advantage.
- Experience in customer services and operations related to MPF/ORSO retirement schemes is also highly beneficial.
- Must be well-organized and exhibit a strong attention to detail in all tasks.
- A customer-focused approach, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, is essential.
- The ability to work independently and effectively manage tasks under pressure is crucial.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese is required for client and internal communications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word, is a must.
