Marketing Coordinator

WSP is seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator to join our award-winning Strategic Growth Team (SGT). This role supports our Earth & Environment (E&E) business across the United States and offers the chance to make a significant impact, grow your career, and help shape a more sustainable world. You will collaborate with top talent in a dynamic and impactful industry.

Your Impact

In this role, you will lead standard proposals and qualifications with limited supervision, and support complex proposals with general supervision. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling and conducting proposal kick-off meetings, strategy sessions, and color reviews.
  • Researching, gathering, editing, and producing proposal materials, ensuring clarity, compliance, and key messages.
  • Coordinating the design and production of proposal materials with graphics staff.
  • Developing and maintaining proposal, qualification, and sales files (resumes, project descriptions, databases).
  • Supporting client teams in preparing materials for internal and external meetings.
  • Potentially supporting communications on regional activities like newsletters, awards, social media, and conferences.
  • Ensuring proposals and sales materials are compliant, accurate, and delivered on time.
  • Supporting and potentially leading the presentation phase of pursuits.
  • Working with pursuit teams to develop strategies and provide business intelligence on clients and competitors.
  • Organizing and facilitating sales and business development strategy meetings.
  • Embracing technology to increase the effectiveness of sales and business development activities.
  • Potentially providing oversight of other team members' work.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of applicable experience.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in editing, proofing, and general sales and business development skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and other software programs.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with excellent liaison capabilities and knowledge of business development procedures.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Must have knowledge of procedures for managing a standard proposal from onset to conclusion with limited supervision.
  • Ability to facilitate meetings.
  • Must possess a strategic mindset.

Compensation

Expected Salary (all locations): $65,300.00 - $111,980.00 annually.

Expected Salary (Colorado only): $65,300.00 - $95,600.00 annually.
