About the Role

WSP Netherlands is growing rapidly. To support this growth, we are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who sees recruitment as a strategic discipline, understands organizations, and makes a difference with conviction and expertise. In this role, you will combine hands-on recruitment with leadership, stakeholder management, and international collaboration.

Your Role

End-to-End Recruitment Process Leadership

You will lead the entire hiring cycle in the Netherlands, ensuring that vacancies are filled promptly, accurately, and strategically. You will work closely with hiring managers, HR, and Finance, playing a key role in workforce planning.

Strategic Business Partner

You will advise managers based on market insights, data, and experience, bringing structure, clarity, and realistic solutions to a dynamic environment. Stakeholders will have a clear understanding of processes and outcomes.

Continuous Improvement of Recruitment Performance

You will monitor data, identify trends, and translate insights into concrete improvements. This includes optimizing processes, managing budgets, and enhancing the quality of hires and candidate experience.

Enhancing Candidate Experience and Employer Brand

You will ensure a transparent and professional process for all candidates. Additionally, you will contribute to employer branding initiatives that increase WSP's visibility in the Dutch market.

Contribution to International TA Initiatives

You will collaborate with the Head of TA – Central Europe on cross-border projects, process optimizations, and the transition to a globally harmonized TA model.

Your Profile

  • Experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Strong stakeholder management skills within complex international matrix organizations
  • Experienced in end-to-end recruitment
  • Data-driven, solution-oriented, and independent
  • International experience is a strong plus
  • Positive mindset and good energy
