AI Expert Senior Engineer

We are seeking an experienced AI Expert Senior Engineer (6 to 10 Years experience) to lead the design and delivery of AI-driven solutions that enhance product and project execution. This role focuses on translating business requirements into practical AI applications that improve efficiency, decision-making, and overall delivery outcomes.

The ideal candidate combines deep technical knowledge of AI/ML technologies with strong delivery experience, enabling them to guide teams from concept through implementation. This role emphasizes solution design, technical leadership, and execution while ensuring AI initiatives are scalable, reliable, and aligned with real-world project needs.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to apply AI to improve product and project delivery outcomes
• Translate business and operational requirements into practical AI solution designs
• Define data needs, model approaches, and implementation strategies
• Develop prototypes or proof-of-concept solutions to validate AI use cases
• Design and implement AI agent architectures and automated workflows where appropriate
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, product managers, and domain experts to deliver AI solutions
• Guide implementation of AI tools, platforms, and workflows
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Create documentation, technical guidelines, and implementation playbooks
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies, tools, and products, recommending adoption where they improve delivery or performance
• Support knowledge transfer and skill development within teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience designing and delivering AI or ML solutions in production environments
• Strong understanding of machine learning, NLP, predictive analytics, and automation techniques
• Familiarity with modern AI ecosystems including traditional ML, deep learning, generative AI, and agent-based systems
• Ability to evaluate feasibility of AI use cases considering data, complexity, cost, and impact
• Strong problem-solving and structured thinking skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Experience working across multidisciplinary technical teams
• Understanding of responsible AI practices and governance considerations

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI deployment pipelines or MLOps practices.
