About the Role
As the Website Product Owner at WSP in Canada, you will prioritize enhancements, administration, and optimization of WSP’s website, ensuring it aligns with marketing and communication strategies. This role combines technical expertise, project management, and marketing knowledge to deliver exceptional digital experiences that support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Ownership: Define the roadmap and improvement stages, liaise with Sitecore SME, and ensure best practices.
- Website Management: Oversee daily management of wsp.com ensuring performance, security, privacy, UX/UI enhancements, SEO, GEO targeting, and accessibility while managing API integrations.
- Drive Innovation: Stay ahead of digital trends, collaborate with marketing and communication teams, and leverage AI and digital experience data.
Qualifications
Miniumum 3-5 years in digital project management along with a degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience with enterprise-level CMS, especially Sitecore XP or Sitecore XM Cloud is preferred. Knowledge of frontend and backend frameworks, databases, APIs, SEO, UX principles, and web analytics is required. Bilingual proficiency in English and French is essential.
