Opportunities Available

We’re growing across multiple specialties and seniority levels—up to Principal. Roles include:

  • Senior/Associate/Principal Planning Engineer - Water networks
  • Senior/Associate Civil Engineer
  • Structural Engineer (Water Retaining Structures)
  • Mechanical Engineer / Project Engineer
  • Civil Designer (12D)
  • Senior Mechanical Designer / Modeller

Whether you’re a hands-on technical expert or a strategic thinker ready to influence large-scale infrastructure projects, there’s a place for you here.

About You

You’re not just a great engineer / designer —you’re a changemaker. You bring:

  • A degree in Civil, Environmental or Mechanical Engineering
  • CPEng (or working towards it – RPEQ a plus)
  • Strong experience in the Australian water industry—with utilities, treatment systems, or modelling
  • Technical expertise across multiple areas of water infrastructure
  • Strategic problem-solving and the ability to influence stakeholders
  • A mindset that challenges the status quo and looks for smarter, more sustainable ways to deliver
  • An eye for identifying risks before they become roadblocks
  • A passion for sustainability, resilience, and social impact
  • Familiarity with modelling software and analytical tools
