Step into a senior technical leadership role where your expertise in Integrated Control & Safety Systems (ICSS) and Supervisory Control & Data Acquisition (SCADA) helps shape the reliability, safety, and performance of critical infrastructure. As a Senior ICSS & SCADA Engineer, you will lead complex automation solutions from concept through commissioning, supporting major projects across energy, transportation, data centres, and advanced industrial environments.
Your Impact
- Lead the design, programming, testing, and commissioning of complex ICSS, SCADA, BPCS, and SIS systems for critical infrastructure projects.
- Apply and champion compliance with IEC 61508 / IEC 61511 functional safety standards across all project phases.
- Architect and implement secure OT network designs, integrating cybersecurity best practices into industrial control environments.
- Develop high‑quality engineering deliverables, including control philosophies, drawings, execution strategies, and alarm management plans.
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure seamless system integration and alignment with client and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee commissioning and start‑up activities, including live system transitions, hot cutovers, and performance validation.
- Build trusted client relationships by providing technical leadership, conducting site inspections, and supporting technical surveys.

- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in automation, ICSS, and SCADA engineering roles.

- Strong working knowledge of alarm management, rationalisation, and operational readiness.
- Experience delivering systems across industries including Oil & Gas, Pharmaceuticals, Transportation Systems, and Data Centres.
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation required; Functional Safety and OT Cybersecurity certifications are considered strong assets.
