As a Corporate Real Estate Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of Corporate Real Estate Management (CREM) initiatives across Canada. Working closely with the Regional Project Implementation Manager (RPIM) and project teams, you will contribute to coordinating planning, procurement, financial tracking, stakeholder communication, and on-site activities, enabling efficient, cost-effective, and people-focused real estate solutions. This position is offered under a hybrid work model, with an expected office presence three (3) days per week to foster collaboration, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
Your Impact
- Support the RPIM in gathering requirements for the preparation of business cases for CREM projects related to office, lab, or storage space consolidations, relocations, renovations, or closures.
- Assist in the development of the national annual budget and forecasting activities.
- Contribute to the issuance of contracts, purchase orders, and related documentation, and maintain the contract execution tracking log.
- Support the processing and tracking of invoices to ensure vendor payments are made within the contractually agreed-upon timelines.
- Support, as needed, the review of budgets and reconciliation with finance and accounting teams.
- Assist the RPIM and/or Project Manager in reviewing contractor and vendor submissions to recommend fair and reasonable pricing for approval.
- Draft and disseminate project-related communications to stakeholders in collaboration with the RPIM and/or Project Manager.
- Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude, and help foster this spirit in others.
- Participate in project meetings with clients, design teams, and contractors; prepare meeting minutes, tracking logs, and required deliverables.
- Visit project sites to coordinate activities with end-users and vendors, as needed.
- Ensure end-user needs are met promptly and cost-effectively.
- Coordinate certain project phases (such as move, pack, and relocation activities) or manage small projects independently, as needed.
- Assist in issuing Requests for Proposals (RFPs), tenders, and other procurement methods while maintaining accurate records throughout the process.
- Maintain continuous communication with the RPIM and/or Project Manager regarding resource allocation and participate in peer review activities for quality assurance.
- Actively participate in change management processes.
- Perform any other related tasks assigned or required.
Skills That Set You Apart
- Preferably, 2 to 3 years of experience in construction, design, or project management environments.
- A service-oriented approach with a demonstrated proactive spirit.
- Experience in preparing budgets, cash flows, and schedules (an asset).
- Ability to review plans, budgets, and contractor submissions (an asset).
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Good decision-making and problem-solving abilities, with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, and Bluebeam.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Bilingualism in English/French/Spanish (an asset).

MB and ON: $52,500 to $72,300
