The Opportunity

As an Employee Experience Advisor at WSP, you will play a pivotal role in shaping a positive and consistent employee experience across the organisation. This opportunity allows you to support managers and employees through key lifecycle moments with operational HR expertise.

Your Responsibilities

  • Partner with managers to build leadership and guide policy adherence.
  • Educate and coach employees to improve engagement and performance.
  • Facilitate performance reviews and development planning initiatives.
  • Manage employee relations including investigations and disciplinary actions.
  • Coordinate return-to-work processes and termination procedures.
  • Deliver training sessions and support People & Culture initiatives.
  • Oversee employee lifecycle management ensuring accuracy and compliance.

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum 5 years of HR advisory or employee relations experience.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and best practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication and influencing skills.
  • Proactive, solution-focused mindset with strong organisational abilities.
  • Ability to manage sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
