Your Responsibilities
- Partner with managers to build leadership and guide policy adherence.
- Educate and coach employees to improve engagement and performance.
- Facilitate performance reviews and development planning initiatives.
- Manage employee relations including investigations and disciplinary actions.
- Coordinate return-to-work processes and termination procedures.
- Deliver training sessions and support People & Culture initiatives.
- Oversee employee lifecycle management ensuring accuracy and compliance.
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 5 years of HR advisory or employee relations experience.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and influencing skills.
- Proactive, solution-focused mindset with strong organisational abilities.
- Ability to manage sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
