About the Role

WSP in Canada is making unprecedented investments in digital, from automation and improved workflows to using machine learning to bring clients new insights. As a Digital Innovation Student, you will join the Digital Innovation team on an 8-12 month internship term at the Toronto office.

What You Will Do

  • Support development of collaborative tools and frameworks.
  • Create roadmaps and plans for digital tools and services.
  • Guide innovators in digital innovation process and governance.
  • Map existing workflows and design simplifications and automations.
  • Develop low-code tools to support technical practices.
  • Create learning materials and manage outreach across the business.
  • Prepare updates and messaging on digital innovation initiatives.

What You Will Bring

You are studying computer science with strong low-code development skills, and have hands-on experience with Power Apps, PowerBI, and Python. You are passionate about using digital technology to improve collaboration and provide new insights. Bilingual proficiency in both official languages and a self-starter attitude that supports cross-functional team engagement are essential.
