Job Description

WSH Group is seeking an experienced Education Catering Operations Manager to oversee operations across a group of primary schools, secondary schools, and colleges. The role requires previous catering and operational management experience, a commercial mindset, and a willingness to get hands-on when needed. Key performance indicators include Health & Safety, Retention, Quality, and Finance, alongside fostering People, Perception, Passion, and Pride.

The role is a 52-week position (Monday – Friday) and involves leading teams, developing strong client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence.
