About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Administrative Assistant to CoS and CISO. In this remote role (east-coast hours), you will support our chief of staff to the CTO and our chief information security officer at the intersection of engineering and security. You will be responsible for managing calendars, communications, and logistics, ensuring our leadership in AI and security moves swiftly and efficiently.

What You'll Do

  • Manage complex calendars for the CISO and chief of staff to the CTO.
  • Coordinate workflows and key meetings across engineering, product, and design teams.
  • Oversee logistics for team events, summits, and offsites.
  • Prepare executive reports and handle highly confidential files.
  • Facilitate communications between internal stakeholders and external partners.

What You Need

  • 3+ years experience as an administrative or executive assistant.
  • Expertise in Google Workspace and calendar management tools.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proactive mindset with high discretion and accountability.
