Position Overview
The Contract Administrator role at Wrapbook is a remote position (USA) responsible for ensuring compliance with union and guild agreements, accurate payroll processing, and maintaining reliable contract records. As the key liaison between Labor Relations, Customer Success, Implementation, and Payroll Operations teams, you will review projects, vet contracts in Salesforce, and manage client communications.
What You’ll Do
- Review incoming projects in Salesforce and validate contract details.
- Consult with the Labor Relations team on complex contracts.
- Interpret union and guild agreements and apply them accurately.
- Maintain detailed notes on all communications.
- Test and validate payroll configurations for compliance.
- Monitor reports and resolve discrepancies collaboratively.
- Partner with Customer Success, Implementation, and Payroll Coordinators for seamless project launches.
What You’ll Have
- 5+ years of experience in contract administration, labor relations, or production accounting.
- Strong knowledge of entertainment union and guild agreements (SAG-AFTRA, DGA, IATSE, Teamsters, etc.).
- Experience working with CRM or case management systems, Salesforce preferred.
- Outstanding organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
