The Case Manager II Global Visa Specialist is a key member of the Global practice team, reporting to the Global Practice Manager and Global Partner. This role focuses on delivering consular services by managing client interactions and interfacing with consulates in various countries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage clients’ consular cases from initiation to conclusion.
  • Lead client calls and maintain accurate records.
  • Update internal databases timely while adhering to SLAs.
  • Proactively manage clients’ consular programs and reporting.
  • Develop and implement case workflows using WRapid and related tools.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with strong academic record.
  • 3+ years of experience in global or non-US immigration.
  • Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear and effective professional communication skills.
