The Technology Operations team is undergoing a significant transformation. This role supports the transition to cloud-based services, drives automation, and enhances digital experiences, ensuring seamless IT support across global offices.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Deliver on-site IT support to employees, agencies, and clients.
  • Provide remote assistance to regional offices when needed.
  • Maintain and support deskside operations, meeting room AV, and standard technologies.
  • Manage onboarding/offboarding processes including asset management.
  • Log IT engagements, resolve Level 1 and 2 incidents, and escalate complex issues.
  • Support hardware/software deployments, licensing reviews, and compliance activities.
  • Be available for occasional out-of-hours support and other duties as required.

What You'll Need

  • 3–5 years’ experience in IT help desk or deskside support roles.
  • Expertise in Windows and Mac OS; strong working knowledge of AV technology.
  • Excellent problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Ability to build trust-based relationships and collaborate with diverse teams.
