The primary role is to handle bank reconciliation while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has good knowledge of RTR processes, and is a self-starter who can drive tasks to closure, even outside standard business hours when needed.

What You'll Be Doing

• Perform daily reconciliation on liquid and non-liquid schemes.
• Conduct bank credit confirmation to the client daily.
• Download bank statements daily for reconciliation and other purposes.
• Prepare monthly and weekly MIS reports on outstanding reconciliation items and report to clients.
• Manage cash flow entries and coordinate with the NAV team.
• Prepare various bank reconciliations including redemption, investment pool, scheme, and dividend reconciliations.
• Coordinate with clients via email regarding reconciliation details.
• Download ledgers and trial balance reports from the Info Centre.
• Prepare collection entries from client supporting files.

What You'll Need

• B. Com in Finance, Accounting or MBA in Finance.
• 3-5 years of experience in bank reconciliation.
• Solid knowledge of RTR methods, principles, and practices.
• Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
• High proficiency in English.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfort with numerical data and financial processing.

Work Arrangement
