The Context
WPP Consulting's mission is to support companies in their transformation challenges, whether in customer experience, digitalization, or operational model evolution. Our business consulting approach, backed by WPP's network of expertise (media, digital, UX, data, design, brand…), allows us to identify our clients' strategic issues and propose integrated, high-performing, and innovative solutions.
Your Missions
Alongside a manager, you will be involved in a wide range of consulting missions:
Analysis and Scoping
- Participate in scoping client needs, in collaboration with the various WPP network experts.
- Conduct market analyses and competitive benchmarking.
- Contribute to the preparation and execution of stakeholder interviews.
Production & Recommendations
- Structure and analyze qualitative and quantitative data.
- Participate in the formalization of deliverables: diagnostics, syntheses, recommendations.
- Contribute to meeting deadlines and the quality of deliverables.
Sales & Internal Support
- Participate in the construction of commercial proposals.
- Contribute to the development of new internal offerings and knowledge capitalization.
- Participate in team life and internal initiatives (watch, innovation, workshops…).
Required Skills
- Bac+4 / +5 level from a business school, engineering school, or equivalent university, specializing in management or consulting.
- Affinity with consulting, strategy, transformation, data/marketing fields.
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
- Interpersonal skills, intellectual curiosity, autonomy, and rigor.
- Very good command of Excel and PowerPoint.
- English proficiency between C1 and C2.

Recruitment Process
Interview with the recruitment team: A first brief telephone pre-interview of 5 minutes, followed by a 30-minute video conference interview with a member of our recruitment team. This will allow us to get to know your skills and experience better, and will give you the opportunity to ask questions about the role and the company.
Operational interview: To assess the fit of your skills and profile with the job requirements.
Case study: A case study will be proposed to evaluate your technical skills related to the role. A presentation will be offered.
