Key Responsibilities Context: To support our clients' growth and strengthen our team, we are looking for a new talent who will be the key day-to-day contact, responsible for building a trusting relationship and strategically steering campaigns. This role involves close collaboration with clients, marked by weekly video calls and regular in-person meetings to ensure perfect alignment and optimal results. Your Responsibilities: * Drive the operational deployment of media campaigns by coordinating internal experts to ensure flawless execution, from brief to performance reporting. * Ensure the perfect management of the media calendar, maintaining its rigorous update and smooth communication to all stakeholders. * Supervise the financial tracking of campaigns, from billing management to precise reconciliation with client purchase orders. * Lead weekly follow-up meetings with clients by preparing clear and actionable documents (worklists) to ensure constant alignment. * Actively contribute to the development of annual media strategies by producing competitive analyses and target insights (via WPP OMA) to inform strategic thinking. Profile Wanted Your Experience: * You have a first experience of two years in a media agency with exposure to media buying, which has allowed you to understand campaign management dynamics. Your Technical Skills: * You have a mastery of the digital and offline ecosystem. * Tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Mediatools, and Medialand are part of your daily work. * You communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken, in an international context. Your Human Qualities to Succeed: * With excellent interpersonal skills, you easily connect with your clients and teams. * Your analytical mind and ease with numbers allow you to transform data into relevant insights. * Agile and versatile, you easily juggle with leading clients in various sectors (such as insurance, fast-moving consumer goods, and animal feed) and their specific challenges. * Creative and curious, you are passionate about innovation and AI, and constantly seek to bring new ideas.
