Context of the Role
EssenceMediacom is seeking a multi-media Luxury Account Manager to join our dedicated team serving a prestigious client in the luxury sector. The client consulting team focuses on creating and enhancing client satisfaction by building strong, lasting relationships. Given the significant stakes and complexity of our luxury clients, we are looking for a committed individual who can integrate into a demanding and evolving team. This role is crucial for supporting the strong international dimension of these accounts and providing solid expertise across a broad spectrum of media.
Your Mission
Reporting to the Account Director, the Luxury Account Manager will play a central role as a conductor, responsible for managing and developing multi-media strategies. Your primary missions will include:
Client Relationship Management & Strategy
- Develop daily client relationships, confidently managing requests, feedback, and reactions. You will be the privileged point of contact for operational matters with clients and internally.
- Develop online and offline media strategies based on client briefs, ensuring all deliverables are documented and distributed to the entire team.
- Contribute to client satisfaction management, identifying issues or obstacles and escalating them as necessary.
- Actively participate in the development of annual media strategy for accounts.
Internal Coordination & Campaign Management
- Coordinate and oversee relationships with internal media experts.
- Act as a project manager and coordinator for multi-media campaigns: once the brief is validated with the Account Director, draft briefs for experts, coordinate their feedback, and participate in drafting media recommendations under the AD's supervision (across all media).
- Organize regular collaboration sessions with the agency and weekly status meetings with the client.
- Create campaign calendars, identifying key milestones and control points.
- Provide project management support throughout the campaign lifecycle to ensure timely delivery and identify potential risks.
Budget Management & Team Development
- Understand client billing processes and ensure team compliance, managing and monitoring account budgets.
- Act as a supervisor and mentor for an Account Executive and/or an intern, setting performance objectives and encouraging career development opportunities, particularly in recommendation production and operations.
Profile Sought
We are seeking an individual eager to invest and grow within a dynamic team serving luxury brands.
- Education: Bac+4/5 (Master's degree equivalent) with a specialization in marketing, communication, or digital.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a media agency. We are targeting an Account Executive Senior ready to transition to Account Manager, or a Junior Account Manager with 1 to 2 years of experience in this role. An affinity for the luxury sector is essential; prior experience in this sector is a major asset.
- Media Proficiency: Mastery of various media: Print, OOH, Cinema, Display, Social, SEA.
- Skills & Qualities: Curious by nature, passionate about media, with a strong desire to learn and challenge yourself. Rigorous and proactive, with excellent teamwork skills and autonomy. Possessing excellent interpersonal skills, driven by a client service mindset. Mastery of essential office software (PPT, Excel at minimum) and industry-specific tools.
- Language: Fluent written English is required (spoken is a plus) given the international dimension of the accounts.

Recruitment Process
