Role Overview: Insights Manager at Choreograph

Help grow our clients through best-in-class data-driven analytical marketing solutions and consulting. Become a key part of the market-leading Insights unit at Choreograph in the Nordics. Choreograph is the data and tech foundation part of WPP Media. We are one of the leading Insights units in the Nordic region, serving all markets, primarily based in Copenhagen. Our research projects are comprehensive and address both strategic, communication-related, and behavioural challenges across multiple industries.

What you will do as an Insights Manager

As an Insights Manager, you will act as a key advisor to both colleagues and our clients, guiding them toward growth through data-driven insights. You will be responsible for identifying the best research solutions, analysing data to cover useful insights, and presenting your findings to clients. You will become part of a highly qualified and supportive team where you can directly impact client strategies and see tangible results.

Your primary focus will be working with quantitative data, but an understanding of qualitative data is an advantage in this position.

  • Generate recurring and ad-hoc reports and presentations using various data sources and tools (e.g., SPSS, Excel, PPT), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
  • Extract, clean, transform, and analyze data to support insights and reporting, including automation of processes where possible.
  • Develop and maintain standardized report templates and documentation to improve efficiency and clarity.
  • Execute data analysis plans under the guidance of the Senior Insights Manager and/or Director.
  • Present findings to internal stakeholders, act as a key contact for data requests, and continuously apply new research techniques to enhance reporting capabilities.

Requirements for the Insights Manager Role

You have a passion for analysis, marketing and communication. You are detail-oriented, structured and always strive to deliver results of the highest quality. You are outgoing and enjoy speaking with different kind of people and acting as an advisor for both clients and colleagues.

  • You have a background in research, preferably within a research, marketing or media agency.
  • You are a master in Excel, PowerPoint and statistical software, such as SPSS.
  • You manage to translate complex data into clear, precise and convincing insights and presentations.
  • You are comfortable presenting in front of clients.
  • You take initiative in exploring new ways of working, going a little deeper, and asking questions.
