Role Context
This role is designed for a replacement opportunity. The candidate will drive multi-market operational excellence, ensure global directives are met, and promote a culture of strategic learning.
Main Responsibilities
- Direct coordination and governance of campaigns across 40 markets.
- Supervise and develop a team of 3, fostering continuous learning.
- Create strategic global performance reports with actionable insights.
- Act as the main liaison with central teams in Paris.
- Facilitate internal collaboration among strategy, digital, data, and social teams.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate possesses at least 4 years of experience in media or international account management, preferably within an agency environment. Experience in handling complex projects in multicultural settings and familiarity with the luxury sector (advantageous) are key. Competence with paid media, ad tech platforms, Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools is essential.
