Context

WPP Media Commerce is the dedicated consulting department within the WPP group, supporting clients in their omnichannel challenges and growth. Within these omnichannel challenges, e-commerce in all its forms plays a predominant role in our value proposition and our missions. WPP Media Commerce supports its clients across distinct areas and on various issues:
  • Business & Tech Consulting for eCommerce: Direct to Consumer, Marketplaces, eRetail, Social Commerce, Live Commerce
  • ERetail Media Consulting & Operating: Channel planning, Activation strategy, Campaign management and Performance analysis
  • Omnichannel Measurement Strategy (online and physical store sales): specifications, implementation, Monitoring & Optimizations

Missions

As an eRetail Media Executive at WPP MEDIA COMMERCE, you will manage and operate eRetail Media campaigns for a portfolio of clients. Your main missions will include: Client Management & Eretail Media Strategy
  • Develop innovative and personalized Eretail Media strategies (Amazon, Carrefour, etc.).
  • Present clear and reasoned strategic recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and our partners.
Campaign Management & Optimization
  • Coordinate the operational implementation of campaigns.
  • Monitor and optimize performance.
  • Propose tactical adjustments to maximize effectiveness.
  • Client quotes and invoicing
Analysis, Reporting & Monitoring
  • Analyze media and retail performance data, producing regular reports.
  • Ensure constant monitoring of Eretail Media platform evolutions.
  • Share best practices and insights.

Profile Required

  • 1st experience (internship, work-study, or first job) in a media agency or client-side in advertising.
  • Strong interest in media and/or the retail world.
  • Proficiency in major eRetail Media platforms is a significant plus! (Amazon, Criteo, Citrus, etc.).
  • Strong appetite for data analysis and the ability to translate numbers into actionable insights.
  • You are rigorous, very organized, and curious.
  • Master's degree (Bac+4/5) from a Business or Communication School.
  • Proficiency in the Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Operational English level.
  • Team spirit, ability to work collaboratively, dynamic and proactive.
  • Reactivity and versatility are also highly appreciated qualities.
