Role Overview
In the role of Assistant Media Planner, you will support the media planning team by preparing budgets, resolving billing discrepancies, and analyzing/reporting for media proposals and client POVs. You will work closely with Planner/Buyers on day-to-day projects while developing your knowledge on research, planning, and proprietary tools.
Your Impact
- Handle day-to-day client requests.
- Coordinate schedules and assist client teams.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations and status updates.
- Analyze mid and post-buy reports and presentations.
- Utilize proprietary and syndicated research tools.
- Study demographic data and consumer profiles.
- Develop media point of views for client submissions.
- Resolve billing discrepancies.
Your Qualifications
Candidates must be digitally savvy, have a solid understanding of media basics, and be proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Vividata. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
