Your Missions- Daily support of the team in client portfolio management: Write press/digital/special operations strategies. Manage campaign purchases and negotiate rates. Administratively and financially track campaigns. Produce press and digital campaign reports. Assist teams in daily tasks and administration.
- Development of several presentation materials for press studies: Update Press training. Follow the latest data communicated by ACPM. Panoramas and Title Sheets. Monitor market innovations and media agency news for 2025: Follow-up, synthesis, and reporting. Track the development of RSE (Responsible Social and Environmental) for media agencies.
- Design of tailor-made solutions to anticipate the specific needs of luxury houses: Monitor special operations carried out. Think about ad hoc publishing mechanisms. Creation of dedicated title sheets.
- Monitoring the evolution of print to digital: Analysis of the evolution of print (audience and circulation). Development of publishing extensions with digital and social plans.
- Bac +3/+5 in communication or marketing, seeking an apprenticeship.
- A passion for media, advertising, and new technologies.
- Comfortable with numbers and Excel (basic arithmetic formulas, pivot tables, etc.) with good analytical and data interpretation skills.
- A strong team spirit, rigor, and reactivity.
- English level between B2 and C2.
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
