Your Missions

As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for one of our largest clients in the Automotive sector.

You will ensure the implementation of relevant media strategies and rigorous campaign monitoring, while contributing to the development of junior talent within the team.

Project and Media Campaign Management (A-Z)

  • Receive and challenge client briefs to understand their objectives and develop a strong point of view on online and offline media.
  • Brief and coordinate experts (planning, display, etc.) and local teams, challenging their media strategy and plan proposals to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
  • Participate in the development of annual strategies and campaigns, as well as the definition of media mixes with planning teams and experts.
  • Ensure media plans are accurate regarding campaign names, dates, and budgets.
  • Ensure a smooth and timely launch of campaigns, with clear implementation of weekly and final reporting.
  • Ensure the formulation and consideration of essential questions throughout the process.
  • Be supported by the Account Director for strategy development and ensure plans effectively meet client briefs.

Client Relations and Coordination

  • Be the key day-to-day client contact.
  • Develop a deep understanding of their needs and expectations to foster lasting partnerships.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to ensure their satisfaction and quickly address their concerns.
  • Ensure client expectations are well managed regarding deadlines and deliverables, ensuring all external and internal deadlines are met.
  • Serve as an escalation point for resolving significant client issues or conflicts.
  • Lead, with the support of Account Executives, client calls, worklists, and reporting calls.
  • Ensure presentation documents are ready before calls and worklists are up to date.
  • Ensure that presented documents and meeting minutes are shared promptly after exchanges (worklists, reporting calls, etc.).

Strategic Watch and Innovation

  • Stay informed about the latest industry innovations and identify any relevant opportunities to share.
  • Organize and participate in meetings with media partners to stay updated on the latest offerings.
  • Ensure all processes (billing, campaign management, etc.) are clear.
  • Ensure all documents shared with clients are also saved internally (Teams/network).

Training and Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of significant and successful experience in a media agency on 360 media projects.

Technical Skills (Hard Skills)

  • Proficiency in campaign management and reporting tools (internal tools, Excel, and PowerPoint are essential).
  • Knowledge of market platforms and tools (e.g., CM360, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) is a plus, but expertise is not required.
  • English: Minimum B2 level required, as this is a highly international account.
