Missions

Integrated into the Consulting team and on behalf of one of our key FMCG clients, your missions will lead you to play a key role both in the French market and internationally, in the Benelux region.

On the Local French Market

  • Contribute to the development of media strategies in line with client objectives.
  • Ensure excellence in the operational management of campaigns (offline media, digital, and partnerships).
  • Define expectations and write briefs for experts.
  • Supervise their work, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
  • Challenge their proposals and consolidate them.
  • Manage budget engagement timelines and track billing/POs.
  • Verify the proper execution of campaigns, trafficking, and go-live.
  • Supervise performance reporting with experts and track proposed optimizations.
  • Lead weekly follow-up meetings with the client.
  • Coordinate the progress of cross-functional projects (e.g., Reporting, Data, Measurement, etc.).

On the Benelux Region

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the client and local WM teams (Belgium and Netherlands).
  • Coordinate the work of local WM teams, ensuring consistent quality of execution across different markets.
  • Control the compliance of media strategies and deliverables with international guidelines.
  • Share best practices and key insights from France/Belgium/Netherlands to nurture teams and elevate the quality of recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with local teams and implement clear and effective work processes.

Experience, Skills, and Qualities Required

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a media agency, ideally on local accounts with strong centralization or international accounts.
  • Very good command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Good knowledge of digital processes.
  • Rigor.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Agile teamwork capability.
  • Initiative.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Recruitment Process

  • Case Study: A case study will be proposed to evaluate your technical skills related to the position. A presentation will be offered.
