Role Summary and Impact

The General Manager - Strategy, reporting to the Strategy Head West, is an orchestrator integrating diverse thinking to offer holistic business solutions. The role leads strategy for diverse clients across business, media, data, and technology, leveraging traditional and digital media, creative frameworks, and cross-category insights.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a diverse team to deliver business outcomes.
  • Provide strategic planning and communication to clients across categories.
  • Collaborate with account and functional heads to drive Marketing and Digital Excellence.
  • Infuse domestic and international best practices and frameworks.
  • Communicate complex ideas in an accessible manner.
  • Integrate multimedia opportunities into campaign plans.
  • Lead and orchestrate new business pitches.
  • Leverage the extended WPP ecosystem for robust client solutions.

  • Build strong relationships with key client decision makers.
