Your Mission
As an Outside Specification Sales & Support Representative (SSR), your mission is to provide technical support and sales assistance to our current and potential clients. You will help customers identify product solutions that best meet their needs, leveraging your thorough understanding of our product lines. This role involves engaging with consultants in the Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, and Landscape Design sectors.
What You Will Bring
- Minimum of 5 years outside sales and customer service experience.
- Industry experience in lighting and/or electrical (specifically distribution) is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- AutoCAD or related software experience.
- Excellent communication, time management, and networking skills.
- Comfortable educating others, including facilitation and public speaking.

Work Location
This position is based out of our Calgary office. Some travel within Southern Alberta is possible, with potential travel to Edmonton and manufacturing facilities within Canada and the United States for training purposes.
