About the Financial Control & BI Department

The Financial Control & BI department encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including monitoring the competitive landscape and reference markets, formulating and overseeing the execution of strategic plans and business plans, and ensuring the coordination of budget, forecast, and accounting processes.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Monitor, analyze, and report on commercial and financial KPIs.
• Prepare, analyze, and explain P&Ls, ensuring visibility into performance and profitability.
• Support budget, forecast, and rolling forecast processes.
• Analyze deviations from the plan and propose action plans.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, analysis models, and tools.
• Provide support in decision-making management.

What We Are Looking For:

• Higher education in Business Administration (preferred), Accounting, or Economics.
• Proven professional experience of 2-3 years in leading audit firms, consulting, or equivalent roles.
• Familiarity with management information software and SAP.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written (mandatory).
• Proactivity in generating ideas and the ability to mobilize and interact with other teams.
• Strong analytical skills and a sense of responsibility.
• Critical thinking.
