What You Will Do

Portfolio & Project Delivery: Serve as the single point of contact for all projects within the assigned EPMO portfolio, engage with project teams, monitor progress, and ensure successful delivery. Collaborate with Project Leaders to refine project plans with critical milestones and success metrics, resolve significant blockers, prepare documentation for executive and board level meetings, lead post-mortems, and integrate the project portfolio with overall enterprise objectives.

Capability Building & Enablement: Coach and mentor Project Leaders on best practices, integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) into methodologies, and provide access to expert resources. May supervise direct reports and support their professional development.

What You Will Bring To The Role

Exceptional leadership with the ability to influence, motivate, and align cross-functional teams along with advanced strategic thinking skills. Must have outstanding communication abilities, superior problem-solving skills, and strong organizational acumen. Deep proficiency in project and portfolio management techniques, change management expertise, and technological literacy especially regarding emerging AI trends are all essential.

Your Experience

Possess a Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (Finance, Economics, Business Administration, etc.) with additional certifications desired. Have a minimum of 5 years of CRO & Life Sciences experience along with at least 12 years in roles spanning strategy execution, business transformation, digital program and portfolio management in a large-scale EPMO or Transformation Office.
