Job Description

We are seeking driven, motivated inside sales professionals for the Educational Travel Specialist (ETS) role. In this full-time position, you will develop relationships with educators and promote life-changing travel experiences for students through outbound calls and proven sales practices.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales goals and develop new client relationships.
  • Generate qualified leads via referrals, cold calling, emails, and networking.
  • Follow up on website and lead generation leads to convert them to sales.
  • Prepare and execute action plans to target and prioritize activities.
  • Maintain daily/weekly pipeline and activity reports.
  • Conduct client needs assessments and present tailored proposals.
  • Host meetings with parents, students, and administrative groups.
  • Recommend products and territories based on market demands.

Qualifications

  • Highly motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and direct others effectively.
  • Strong team spirit with ability to work independently.
  • Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn, accept coaching and utilize proven sales strategies.
  • Previous experience in phone sales, telesales, and outbound calling preferred.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and CRM applications is a plus.

Salary Information

The Massachusetts salary range for this role is $35,000 to $42,000 USD annually. Actual salary will be confirmed in the offer letter.
